Are you ready to dance yourself into shape?

Zumba® is an exhilarating, effective, easy-to-follow, Latin-inspired, calorie-burning dance fitness party. You don't need any previous dance experience — and though, frankly, you might find the routines a bit confusing for the first few classes, don't worry; as long as you are moving you are exercising, getting fitter, burning calories, losing fat and, in no time at all, the moves will feel very natural.

How is Zumba®different from most other exercise classes? Zumba® is inspired by the music and doesn’t rely on a typical aerobics-style 32-count beats for movement.
It is very dance-inspired. After a few classes, your brain and body become attuned to the music and it doesn't feel like exercise anymore. You become lost in the music — and everything about you improves: improved heart, lung and circulatory fitness, better co-ordination, concentration, improved weight control, better muscle tone and strength, reduced risk of osteoporosis and dementia. It really is a fun way of getting fit, toned and happy.

Suitable for all ages and fitness levels. You choose the level you want to work at, and I'll push you to your next level when you're ready. All adults welcome (12-15 year-olds with an adult/parent).
